Fabbrica ("we," "us," "our") is a product-development and manufacturing connector for toys and consumer technology products, offered through Rucept Inc (rucept.com). We help brands, creators, and franchise owners design, manufacture, and ship physical products — including licensed merchandise for video-game and film franchises — with industrial craft, made for the world.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at mudit@rucept.com or through the contact form at rucept.com.
Information you give us. When you contact us, request a quote, or work with us on a project, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company and role, project briefs, product specifications, design files and brand assets, franchise or licensing details relevant to your products, and billing information (payment details are processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages, we may collect device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location, and interaction data, including through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
We share information only as needed to do our work:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our manufacturing network spans the United States, the EU, and other countries. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to fulfill project and warranty obligations, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Project files and correspondence are typically retained for 7 years after a project closes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
U.S. state privacy rights: about twenty states — including California (CCPA/CPRA) and Delaware (Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act) — give their residents rights over their personal information. We extend the same core rights to all U.S. residents: to know and access what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion and correction; to receive a portable copy of your data; to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email mudit@rucept.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We use essential cookies to make our pages work, and — where enabled — analytics cookies to understand visits in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how pages function.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are directed at businesses and adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted here before they take effect.
